Not only were the beds incredibly comfortable and the shower luxurious, but the attention to detail throughout the hotel truly impressed us. the fact that the hotel staff went above and beyond to return my forgotten headphones was a gesture of excellent customer service that truly stood out. the ironing facilities made our stay even more convenient, and having a terrace to relax on was a wonderful added touch. the overall experience of staying at this accommodation was exceptional, and we are already looking forward to returning.
